About the Retreat
This retreat is an invitation to step back, reflect, and grow - together. Designed exclusively for FAMU College of Pharmacy faculty, The Ripple Effect is a dynamic, immersive professional development experience built around three essential pillars of transformative teaching through connection, instruction, and assessment.
