Designed exclusively for FAMU College of Pharmacy faculty, The Ripple Effect is a dynamic, immersive professional development experience built around three essential pillars of transformative teaching through connection, instruction, and assessment.

Every great professor creates a ripple - in the culture of a team, in the way a concept is delivered, and in the design of assessments. Through intentional work, we will focus on strategies that extend our ripple beyond the college walls.
